These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of URLS4IRL (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

To use URLS4IRL, you must create and maintain a registered user account. Anonymous access or usage is not permitted. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all actions taken under your account.

You represent that you are at least 13 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you are under the age of majority in your region, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. User-Generated Content

Users may create and submit content including usernames, UTub names, UTub descriptions, titles for URLs, tags, and other textual content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have all rights necessary to publish and share the content.
• Your content does not violate any law, infringe any rights, or breach these Terms.

You grant URLS4IRL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, transmit, and use your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on URLS4IRL:

• Adult content including pornography, sexually explicit material, fetish content, or services of a sexual nature.
• Illegal content including piracy, malware, child exploitation, drug sales, weapons trafficking, threats of violence, or any URLs that facilitate unlawful activity.
• Copyright-infringing content or URLs linking directly to unauthorized distribution of copyrighted materials.
• Hate speech, harassment, defamation, or calls for violence.
• Fraudulent or misleading content, including phishing or spam.

Violations may result in immediate account termination, removal of content, and referral to law enforcement when applicable.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools to access or interact with the Service.
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or degrade the Service’s performance.
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the Service’s operation.
• Create multiple accounts to evade enforcement or manipulate platform features.

URLS4IRL reserves the right to block automated access at the network and application level.

5. Collaborative UTubs

Users may invite others to collaborate on UTubs and jointly manage shared collections of URLs. By participating in collaborative UTubs, you acknowledge that:

• Other members of the UTub may modify, delete, or reorganize content.
• Actions taken by collaborators may be attributed to your shared workspace.
• URLS4IRL is not responsible for disputes between collaborators.

6. Content Removal, Enforcement & Reporting

URLS4IRL reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review User Content and remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Enforcement actions may include:

• Removal or modification of User Content
• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• IP or device-based blocks
• Referral to law enforcement when required

Deletions performed by users (e.g., URLs, Tags, UTubs) are logged and retained for operational, security, and audit purposes.

7. DMCA & Copyright Complaints

If you believe content or a URL posted by a user infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request to:

Your notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the infringing material (including the URL)
• Your contact information
• A statement of good-faith belief
• A statement under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate

We will investigate all valid requests and remove infringing content when appropriate. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided without guarantees of uptime or uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

9. No Premium Features

URLS4IRL is offered without premium tiers or paid upgrades. We do not plan to introduce paid features at this time.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and retain data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described there.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service or any User Content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, URLS4IRL, its owners, and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of User Content
• Third-party conduct or content, including URLs posted by users

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use of the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless URLS4IRL from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another user or third party

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time through available account settings.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
